1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Folio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You may use Folio for personal, non-commercial project management purposes. You agree not to:

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

5. Subscription & Trial

Folio offers a 3-day free trial upon registration. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly depending on the plan selected. You may cancel at any time before your trial or billing period ends to avoid being charged.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Iyzico. By subscribing, you agree to Iyzico's terms and payment policies. MDE-Soft does not store your payment information.

7. AI Features

Folio includes an AI assistant powered by Anthropic's Claude API. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. MDE-Soft is not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated suggestions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support.folio@proton.me.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MDE-Soft does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MDE-Soft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
